You'd be sharing room with Landlord, Emily. Shared spaces include, Kitchen, Living room, Shed, and what's more is it's a really beautiful and friendly neighbourhood in Gateshead Quayside.

This room will allow you to get peace from major city traffic but still be close enough for a lovely stroll into town in just over twenty five minutes.

I enjoy cooking, eating out, sports & will enjoy the occasional mid week drink. Sometimes i like to go out with friends and now and then I’ll entertain them with a dinner party. I’m looking for the right flatmate, and would enjoy it with someone who had similar interests and who's a good match.
I would also love for my flatmate to feel really at home here.

Ideally I'm looking for a let of 3 months initially maybe more, but depending on the right person, I may consider a shorter term let (3 months minimum). We'll have to chat to assess.

The area is so great for exciting events hosted in Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland and further afield. We are only a 15minute drive from Close house for those golfers amongst you.

The space involves a double bedroom, access to a bathroom with a bath only.

There’s a little garden which gets sun until 3pm in summer times or if you enjoy reading a book after work like me, there’s always the shared communal space.

Viewing will involve an initial meeting over the phone to see if we get on, and then a meet at a local pub to see how we connect, as well as a visit to the house. It's important to find someone that the place fits with well and also meets both of our needs.
