Double bed in good size room with wardrobe. Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Flat is always a decent temperature - heating works and insulation is great in the modern build. Better for keeping heat out at the moment.

Great location near University of Strathclyde with great access to motorway, bike lanes, train lines, and bus routes.
5/10 minute walk to High Street Station, 15/20 minute walk to Queen Street station.

Just looking for a temporary flatmate to help with the bills. I work in the office most days and have an active social life so I’m hardly in the flat. Overall a chilled person and relaxed. Strictly no drugs, smoking, or vaping in the flat.
