Hi, I'm Siân, Irish 34f 🏳️‍🌈 and I work in Health & Social Care management. I enjoy mini adventures, sip the occasional gin, and can often be found sitting on the balcony drinking tea.

This newly decorated 1st floor flat is in a safe, quiet area and the rent includes all bills (Council Tax, tv licence, gas etc.). Fully double glazed with gas central heating, there are two bedrooms, a south facing living room and balcony, and it’s warm, cosy, bright, and comfortable. The double room available is not overlooked, with uninterrupted views across the Kelvin tree tops. There’s a tv, armchair, plenty of storage for clothes, and a comfortable new bed and mattress. Further storage for coats in the hallway.

We would share the bathroom which has a shower and bath, and the kitchen has all the important stuff; gas hob, air fryer, washing machine, coffee bar, and a cuckoo clock. There is superfast Wi-fi and a small separate study is available.

I moved in recently so still at the picture hanging phase. It is my refuge from the craziness of the outside world so I’m looking to share with someone who is clean, tidy, and chilled. It’s a friendly and sociable place but definitely not a party flat. Respect, kindness, and ‘no drama’ sums it up. Also, I’m vegetarian, so meat has to be hung from a tree at least 200m from the flat (or placed on the bottom shelf of the fridge, whichever is easiest).

Free on-street parking and Botanic Gardens, the River Kelvin Walkway, shops, and buses to anywhere interesting are less than a 10 min walk away.
