The female must be an individual who love to clean, tidy and organised place. To maintain the place and the furniture as clean as possible.
It is situated at the basement, has a back yard, front garden and balcony.
The flat is based across the big shopping centre " the Glasgow fort" (morrisons, b&m, zara, h&m, asda, m&s, argos, gyms, Primark and lot of restaurants for dates) just 2 mins walking across the road.
There is an other shopping centre "the lock easterhouse shopping centre" ( farmfoods, Iceland and others) is just 3 mins walking distance.
The easterhouse health centre is also at 2 mins walking across the road.
The public transport is just 2 mins walking distance with the x19 coach city centre bus, max 15 mins to get to Glasgow City Centre.
First buses(19, 60A, 60, 41, 42.... Etc).
The doublebed room is £500 with no electricity & gas bill is not included.
