Heyy I’m looking for someone to move into my current flat in Woodlands area (G4). I’m about to graduate uni and my other flatmate is going into his final year. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Glasgow uni and is a couple minutes from a subway station.

Preferably professionals or students also in their 3rd/ 4th/ final year. Must be LGBTQ friendly, sociable, and respectful during exam periods

Rent is 633 and bills are approx 70

Have a lovely landlord who is very helpful with any issues. The available bedroom is pictured and I have a walk around video of the whole flat available if you’re interested.
