Hello!

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my home. It's been my home for a while now, and I'd love for the next person in it to feel just as happy coming back each evening.

My ideal day ends with someone to swap stories with and have a proper laugh. I'm also very particular about cleanliness. Everything in the flat has its place, and you may catch me rearranging a shelf. I'm easy to live with, but a tidy shared space matters a great deal to me, so I'm looking for someone who feels the same.

The flat has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a store room and a bathroom shared between the two rooms. We have our own parking.

Council tax band D & EPC rating D.

Rent is £675 a month. Electricity and council tax are not included in the rent. WiFi is already set up, and the bill is split between the two of us.

You're welcome whether you need the room for two to three months or want to settle in for the long run. Since I'm a non vegetarian and we'll be sharing a kitchen, I'd prefer someone who is too.

You can be a smoker, as long as you don’t smoke inside the flat.
