We're a group of students looking for one more flatmate to complete our flat near India Quay, G3. There are two bedrooms: one has three flatmates already, and the second has two beds — you'd be sharing this room with one of our current flatmates (a girl).

There's also a spare bed in the living room for when friends want to stay over, so plenty of space if you have guests.

Rent is £480 pcm, covering all bills except electricity if it exceeds £100/month, split five ways (max £25 if it happends).

Location is great — gym, supermarkets, an Odeon cinema, and grocery stores all within 15 minutes' walk.
