I have a room to let in Shawlands, most likely from 1st June but exact date tbc.

The flat will be refurnished before move in date as I don’t currently live there!

It’s a 2 bed top floor tenement flat in central Shawlands. Very close to lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants.

A bit about me:
- I’m a 25 year old queer woman
- I’m a professional and my job requires me to be in London a lot of the time
-I have lived happily in flatshares for several years now. I come with great references from previous flatmates 😊
- I grew up in southside so I have great knowledge of the area and can recommend good spots to go see
