I am moving out of my flat in the west end of Glasgow and looking for someone to move in with my existing flatmate. The flat is in a quiet area off of the main road. It's less than a 5 min walk from buses on Great Western and Maryhill road as well as Kelvinbridge subway station. It's also within 5 mins of a Co-op, Lidl and tesco express.
The flat is on the ground floor, it has electric heating/ cooking appliances. It also has off-road private parking.
The staying flatmate is going into 4th year at Glasgow University. I am at Strathclyde and its a fairly manageable commute to there too. Ideally applicants are students, preferably in 3rd/4th/5th year.
I'm looking for someone who is quiet and clean- I didn't do any cleaning for any of the pictures we just keep the flat relatively tidy. The building has families in it so there shouldn't be any loud noise late at night, but the living room is great for hosting friends as long as you aren't planning on being super loud, the walls are also relatively good at blocking noise.

Please note that the letting agent has mentioned that the rent may go up slightly if the landlord wishes to increase it during the change, it's unlikely to increase beyond 650pcm and this isn't a definite, just a possibility- it will become clearer once the process has started.
