howdy!
i’m currently looking for a long term flatmate to move in around mid may!
the room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers being provided :)
money wise; we’d paying each : £447.50 p/m for rent, £91.50 for council tax (band B), and £34 each for gas and electric (tariff babieee)
