I’m planning to move out after Easter and am looking for someone to take over my rental room. The process of contract is simple.
I’m flexible about moving in date.
Rent:
From 3th of April to 4th of July the price will be 2510 pund total. Hot water and electricity is included. There is no deposit.
The moving out date is 4th of July 2026.

The room is located on the 9th floor and overlooks the courtyard. It includes a private bathroom with a shower.

You will share a kitchen and living area with seven other students aged 18–23.

The accommodation offers 24/7 reception, a large cinema room, gym, study rooms, and TV rooms. There is also a laundry room available (not included in the rent). The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.
