Double room available in a lovely flat in Govanhill. The flat is located 2 minutes off Victoria Road on a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Queen’s park and conveniently right opposite The Rose Reilly.

The flat is made up of two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and an open plan living/kitchen/dining room.

You would be sharing the flat with a very considerate and friendly 23 year old chef/baker, Ruby. She takes pride in making the flat feel homely, often bringing home bunches of flowers to brighten up the space. She’s also a damn good cook so you’ll be sure to share some tasty dinners together. She’s looking for someone who is equally keen to make the space feel cared for.

The room is currently furnished and I would be open to leaving some/all of the furniture or taking it away with me, whatever suits you best.

The bills are pay as you go especially going into summer we really benefit from this as you hardly use any electricity at all! Estimate roughly £20-30 per month for electric and gas. Council tax band B.
