Looking for a flatmate in Cathcart. Double room with your own bathroom (not connected to the room but right next to it). Lots of natural light across the whole flat. Full wardrobe in the room.

Well equipped kitchen with all the basics. Spacious living room with TV (Netflix, Now TV, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, and a dodgy firestick 🤫) Good WiFi.

I am a 22 year old freelance actor/musician (ideally looking for someone in a similar line of work) I have lived in Glasgow for just under a year so can tell you all you need to know if your new to the City. Love chilling and watching TV and going out for a drink. I bake and cook all the time so there is quite regularly a plate pf cookies in the kitchen.

Flat is in Cathcart in the southside of Glasgow with Cathcart station just a 2 minute walk away with trains to City Centre every 15 minutes. Bus stop is a similar distance. Close to shops, cafe’s and a couple gym’s and more importantly PUBS.

Deposit of £700 is required before moving in and rent is £550 a month with £80 in bills, but that might change when everything is moved into my name when my current flatmate moves out. Room is available from 1st of May.
