Hi I'm a 25 year old male who spends most of his time either in the flat relaxing or spending evenings out at a martial arts club or two. I don't really drink ever and I don't smoke and usually see friends outside of the flat rather than throwing parties.

The move in date for the flat can be done asap but can be left as late as the end of May, or at a push near the end of June.

The landlord is pretty great, always eager to fix things immediately, I have never had an issue with him in the 2 years I have been here.

Flat / Tenancy Details:
- £500 (apporx) per month rent on your end
- Council Tax Band B
- Electric/Gas/Wifi totals to around £90 per month
- Between Bellgrove Station and Duke Street Station
- Near about half a dozen bus routes
- 30 minute walk from St George Square
