Along with a bathroom with a tub. Short walk to the Main University or 15 min ride to the Vet school campus. Bus stop is very short walk from flat. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Located Elie street right off of Byers Road. Pet friendly. Would need to get along with super friendly indoor cat.
