The flat is a maisonette over two floors (which I've basically totally redecorated thanks to lockdown!) with 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower upstairs, and fully equipped kitchen/living area downstairs. It is situated near to the beautiful Tollcross Park and International Swimming Center and is close to several shops, restaurants/take away's and cafe's.
Buses to the city center are every 3-10 mins (it takes approximately 20 mins to get to the center. Buchanan Street, Argyle street city centre and the bus stop is right outside).
The price for rent, council tax, internet and gas & electric is £500. Deposit one month upfront.
