I am an Italian guy, 29 years old and a student. I like to cook and share the food.

I would like to rent 1 bedroom in a double bedroom flat located in Glasgow. You will also have your own bathroom and a parking slot. The living room is spacious and the flat is entirely furnished. There is a broadband connection.

There is a bus stop, a train station in front of the flat. There are Lidl, Tesco extra and Costco nearby ( 10 minutes by walk). There is a GP practice next to the flat.

The rent is 350 pounds and the deposit is 300 pounds. Bills are shared ( electricity, gas, broadband and council tax Band C).

Medium / Long term lets are prefered.
