The room available is a large sized double room with ensuite and within a large conveniently located flat in Pollokshields. It is near both south side and city centre with excelent public transport links (bus stop directly outside flat and train less than 10 mins walk is only 1 stop to central!)

There is large kitchen and large shared living room; as well as a second shared bath room.

I have had couples in the past staying and typically add 50% for this.

I am currently working as a data analyst but have previously had students and the main thing is looking for someone laid back but who does like to socialise a bit and enjoy a glass of wine or two (though the flat is big enough it's good to have your own personal space too).
