If you’re looking for a flat, I’m looking for a flatmate as my current one is moving out. The flat is in North Kelvinside, 20/25 min walk to the University of Glasgow, rent is £425 a month not including bills which usually come to another £70-100 a month. 2 mins away from a bus stop and a 9 min walk away from the subway. Very close to Great Western Road. A £400 deposit would be required and I would be looking for someone to move in on the 5th June. Let me know if you’re interested!
