Hey everyone, I’m David. I’m currently living in a lovely two bed flat in the heart of Shawlands. Looking for a housemate to take the second bedroom on. The flat is unfinished, however I have furnished the entire flat including some drawers for your bedroom so you would only need bring a bed really. The flat is a great and what’s even better is the price! It’s £450 for rent so roughly working out £650 all in for everything, that might fluctuate slightly.

I’m looking to live with someone of a similar age and vibe. I’m a 36 year old hairdresser and I love to keep active and social.
