✅ Fairness is a priority - bills/chores shared properly, clear communication, no passive-aggressive vibes.
✅ Awareness & consideration - being mindful we’re sharing a home (noise, guests, shared areas) and generally being a thoughtful flatmate.
About the flat
The flat has recently had renovation work done, and I’m continuing to look after it and make it even better. You can expect a home that’s well maintained, clean, and kept up to date - with the occasional light improvement/refresh along the way.

I’m a full-time working professional, love cooking, and I like a home that feels settled, looked after, and calm.
Pets
I may consider a pet for the right person - as long as you’re truly on top of cleanliness (muddy paws, extra hoovering/wiping down) and happy to keep shared areas spotless.

Rent + shared expenses. Shared bills include:

• Electricity (based on usage)

Short-term considered, but long-term preferred.
