Hi guys! I have a large room equipped with a king size bed, desk, and plenty of built-in storage. There is a substantial shared garden with parking and, yes, there is more storage in the shed if you need it. I am happy to accept a pet; there are no pets living at the property at the moment.

As you can see from the photos, this is a 19th century property with high ceilings & cornices; the fireplace in the living is functional, there is also a stained glass window.

The location would be ideal for commuting to Strathclyde university as High Street is 17min on the train; the rail station is a 10 minute walk away. Bills are paid for.

The ideal tenant would be someone younger, preferably LGBT, outgoing, and reasonably tidy. I am flexible on the first two criteria though :) About me: I'm a fantasy writer with a dayjob in AI. I work remotely but I'll be locked away in my office. There's a big living room with a TV for entertainment.
