I have a double room available in my cosy, spacious Cambuslang flat with use of shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
I’m looking for a sociable and friendly flat mate who is also clean and tidy :)

The room is fully furnished. It has a double ottoman bed with storage underneath. There are also bedside cabinets with storage drawers, and a bookcase, along with a clothing rail.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cambuslang train station where the train is 10 minutes into Glasgow city centre, and has shops (Morrisons, Farmfoods) within 5 minutes walking distance.
There is plenty of parking available at the flat. Bus stops are also a 5 min walk away from the flat.

Cambuslang Main Street is also a very short walk which has cafes, shops, a Costa, Greggs, etc,

The kitchen has an air fryer and coffee machine to use, and there is a smart tv in the living room which has steaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

The flat also has a balcony with an egg chair.

Bills- the council tax, internet and factors billa will by covered by me. The gas & electricity are the only bills still to be covered- as they are pay as you go top up meters- and generally about £30 a month for each for two/three people!

The room will is available from mid-end of May. I an ideally looking for leases for a minimum of 3 months but preferably longer! There are currently 2 females in the flat and looking for a third roommate!
