I have a bright and comfortable double room to rent in a specious 3-bedroom flat. The flat is shared with two friendly professional males. We're relaxed household that enjoys cooking and socialising in the evenings in the living room, but we also appreciate a calm and tidy home. We are looking for a mature, clean and considerate flatmate who would fit in well with our easy-going vibe.

The room comes fully furnished with a brand new kings size bed, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe along with a new carpet. Duvet, towels and bedsheets are also provided so you can move in straight in and feel at home. We can also provide a desk and chair if necessary.

The flat also features a large living room a dining kitchen that's great for cooking and chatting and a modern bathroom with a large walk in shower.

The room is available for a short term stay with the possibility to extend to a long term arrangement if we get along.

Couples welcome, but at an extra cost.
