Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat in G44 on the south side of Glasgow. The area is well connected with great transport links into the city centre, along with nearby shops, cafes and green spaces. It’s a friendly neighbourhood with a strong community feel and everything you need within easy reach.
The bedroom available is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to set it up exactly how you like. The living room is partially unfurnished, so there’s also some scope to add your own touch and help shape the shared space. The flat is bright and comfortable, with lots of potential to make it feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere to stay.
Rent is competitive for the area, and bills usually come to around £150–£200 per month on top. The property is Council Tax Band C, which is included within the overall monthly bills estimate. I’m hoping to find someone reliable, easy-going and considerate who values a clean and respectful living environment.
A bit about me: I’m sociable and enjoy having a home that feels warm and friendly. I like catching up over dinner, drinking tequilla rose while watching car jitsu with friends or heading out for coffee or a wander at the weekend. I’ve got my own routine and friends, but I’d ideally love to live with someone who’s up for more than just passing in the hallway and would be keen to build a genuinely nice flatmate dynamic.
