Hi. There is a bedroom free here at our Dennistoun flat that is ideal for short-term stays. Me (28 male) and my flatmate (29 female) live here.

We are situated in a very convenient location, directly on Duke St. 5-15 minute walks to Lidl, Aldi, Iceland, Coop. 30-40 minute walk to the city center or 15-20 minute by train or bus. We are also a 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Alexandra Park.

Short-term lets are £600 a month (willing to negotiate). You are not responsible for any bills. You will need to pay a deposit of 2 months of rent (£600x2) if you plan to stay 2 months or longer. Otherwise the deposit will be matched with what you paid (ie for 2 weeks). These will be put into SafeDepositsScotland and returned at the end of your stay.
