My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I will have a room available from mid June /early July!

Bright flat in the heart of Shawlands. Everything you need is on your doorstep including: gym, coffee, pubs, shops, restaurants, and Queen's Park!

Flat is furnished by myself. It currently has a cozy, warm mid century modern / bohemian feel with wooden furniture and plants. Kitchen and bathroom are finished to a high standard. The walls are painted a warm neutral. Double glazing throughout. All checks are up to date.

Rent is £575 but may be updated after discussing with the landlord when the new tenancy is written up. It will not go up by much in the event of this though. Bills are around 35 energy and 17 wifi. I am a student so I don't pay council tax during term time. Council tax band C.

I am the current tenant. My name is Iona. I am 28. I like to stay active, I have an addiction to charity shopping, and I am training to become a dance health facilitator. I like to play karaoke and see friends/family whenever I can. I am looking for someone that likes a chat, is friendly and chilled out. That likes to keep the space clean, tidy and cuteeee!!!

To move forwards be prepared to provide: A guarantor and or references, Proof of income, ID & be ready to pay the deposit to hold the property. This will all be arranged with the landlord who will write up the contract. Move in date would be the 2nd of July latest.
I am keen to find someone suited by the 6th of June.
