My partner (33F) and I (45M) are looking to rent out a room in the Dennistoun area of the city.

The flat is a third floor temament flat (lots of stairs) so accessibility could be an issue.

We are between Belgrove and Alexandra Parade train stations (10 min walk) with the 38 bus route on Alexandra Parade only 2 min walk away.

Roughly 15 minutes walk from Glasgow Royal Infirmary, 20 minutes to Strarhclyde Uni. 30 minutes walk to George Square.

The room is currently unfurnished (hence the listing) but we would be open to helping kit it out with the basics.

The flat has a shared living, bathroom and kitchen. With a cleaner once every two weeks to clean the shared areas.

Both of us are working professionals. Claire works in banking while I work as a nurse.

We are essentially looking for an easy going flatmate, bonus points if you like boardgames.

We consider ourselves and our flat LGBT friendly.

(We don't currently have cats but may need to cat sit for a family member in the near future)
