Large airy partly furnished double room available in east end of Glasgow. Third floor flat in a brownstone tenement with big windows and lots of natural light. Communal living room, washing machine, huge kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath.

It works out roughly 600 /pcm with bills and council tax at the moment

Excellent local amenities (>5 mins from aldi and Tesco, > 5 mins from train station, regular buses to city centre and beyond)

As for me, I work for the NHS 9 to 5 and am pursuing work in film on the side. I enjoy cleaning and having a tidy place to stay, especially communal areas.

Always up for a chat and a chilled hang but equally like my me-time and very respectful of other people's. I enjoy running, arts and crafts and going for the occasional dance when the stars align. A lot of socialising revolves for me revolves around cooking for people and I do enjoy throwing an evening together for a special occasion.

I'm keen to find a flatmate I can get on with and work together with to have a pleasant, supportive, relaxing time. Please feel free to ask any questions about either myself or the room if there is anything not covered.
