My flatmate is moving away and I am looking for someone to take over his room.
About the flat:
-Shared furnished living room with 2 couches 🛋️ and a small dining table.
-Closed balcony great for drying clothes or extra storage.
-Wide kitchen, with Microwave, Fridge, Oven and plenty of space for groceries, some left over cutlery and pots/pans from previous tenant that could be shared. 🍳
-Metered Gas, pay as you go, usually around £30 ish per month during winter. ☃️
-Shared bathroom with Bath 🛁
-Double Bedroom includes a big wardrobe, a set of drawers, and a double bed. 🛏️
-Wonderful views and a quiet area, with a Morrisons and Farm foods close by (<5 mins) and a Aldi and 24hrs Asda 15 mins walking distance. 🛒
-Close to Paisley road with direct connection to city centre (22mins ~) and to QEUH, as well as to Silver burn shopping centre. 🚌
-Central Heating 🔥
-2 small shared storage spaces.
About bills:
-£500 per month for the room plus bills
- The shared bills would be council tax (tax band B), Hyperopic Fibre broadband, Gas (pay as you go), and electricity. Roughly totaling out to £148 bills per month.
About me and about you!
-This is not a smoker flat.
-Also unfortunately no pets.
-The flat is always quite tidy, I try to keep all communal areas as clean as they were after I'm done in them. So I'm looking for someone with a similar ideology of cleaning after yourself.
-I enjoy playing guitar and singing as well as playing video games, but often not too loudly, and definitely not into the late hours of the night.
-I do enjoy socialising and going to the pub every so often, but I am very much an introvert so I enjoy keeping to myself when my social battery runs low 🪫.
-I work as a software developer, so some days I will be working from home, and others from the office.
-I went to Glasgow Uni and commuted from here everyday, plus connection to city centre allows for an easier commute to Strathclyde.
-Essentially, if you are tidy, respectful, pay rent/bills on time and all the above sounds good then feel free to reach out with a little about yourself!
I work so I will get back to you as soon as I can (usually in the evenings after 5 :))
