A large double bedroom near Cessnock Subway available now onwards for long-term stay. All bills are included.

The room is furnished with two sofas and a sofabed. You’re welcome to bring additional furniture, though the existing pieces will remain.

Cessnock Subway is literally across the road (about a 15-second walk), and on-street parking is generally quiet. The flat also has access to a communal back garden, which is handy for a bit of outdoor space.

I work for a bank nearby and work from home around 80% of the time. I’m a sociable person, a massive football fan, and I enjoy documentaries and comedy.

This is a non-smoking house. I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate, who appreciates a calm, quiet, relaxed home and is happy to keep the place clean and tidy.

This would be under a lodger’s agreement with a deposit.
