THE CURRENT FLATMATE(who you would be sharing with)

Her name is Aisling and she is a 32 year old nurse from Ireland. Very lovely person who is easy to get along with and chat with. She works shifts at the hospital including some night shifts.

THE AREA
The flat is a short walk(10 or 15 minutes) from Byres road with all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

You'll also find the Botanic gardens, Kelvingrove park and Hillhead subway station all nearby. There is a bus stop right outside across the road. We have good shops and cafes right here on our road. Hyndland railway station is 5 minutes away.
You are about a 20 minute walk from Glasgow University. Nearby supermarkets are Sainsbury local, Lidl, Waitrose and Morrissons.
There are Tennis courts 2 minutes down the road popular coffee shops and a bakery. We are on the top floor so sadly it's no good if you cannot manage stairs.

THE FLAT
It's spacious and cosy. All your bills and the WiFi will be included in your rent.
The kitchen/dinning room is new. The kitchen is light and very spacious so if you like cooking you should enjoy it. It has a washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave and plenty of kitchenware. The living room is a good place to relax or study with a BIG comfy sofa.
Help yourself to my books and records and bring your own. We have a gas fire, lovely big sofa, record player and two chairs by the windows.

YOUR ROOM has a double bed, chest of drawers and a desk. You have a wardrobe for clothes but if you want to bring anything new that's fine. It's quieter at the back of the flat of course. You have a brand new bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Not en suite but all yours.
If there are ever any problems my father or I will get them sorted out asap.
