Hello, I am Bryce, I am a writer and performer and I am looking for a chilled out flatmate who likes Kerrygold butter as much as I do. I like a quiet, welcoming space as I work from home a lot. I like cooking, listening to records and watching films in my spare time. I am up for socialising with whoever moves in but happy to have as much space as is needed at the same time.

The flat is furnished, but there is room for a decorative influence to make the place feel like your own too.

Plenty transport links to town, buses and crossmyloof train station are nearby. As well as all the bars and restaurants Around Shawlands.

Rent is £316 but will go up to £363 in August and in total with bills it comes to about £460 a month. It’s in a great spot and it’s a great flat.
