Double bedroom available in our house in Glasgow Southside, quiet neighbourhood, a short walking distance to Queen's Park and Shawlands shops and cafes. Crossmyloof and Queen's Park train stations nearby.

Available to move-in, viewings to be arranged ideally for the weekend of 7th and 8th of March if possible

Please note while this is advertised as a room only, my partner and I both work in the Highlands full-time and so are mostly away. We have a small dog, and we generally spend 1-2 weekends in the house per month and other than that you will get the place to yourself with full use of all shared areas (living room, kitchen, garden with a greenhouse and veg bed, dining room, bathrooms).

Couples welcome - please note rent for 1 person is £600pcm vs. couple £900pcm

Pets welcome as long as they're well-behaved

Vegetarian/vegan folk preferred, LGBT+ friendly

Someone who wouldn't mind taking basic care of the garden and maybe grow some veg also preferred! The garden is great for growing veg and has a greenhouse but as we're mostly away we won't manage this year
