Shared living room/kitchen is open plan. Bedroom available is furnished with wardrobe, bed and couch. Rent is £575. This doesn't include heating/electricity but covers council tax and internet.

Looking for someone who is thoughtful. Someone who would be up for a chat and also able to respect silence. I don’t mind if there is a dish or two left in sink for a little while (because I am frequently guilty of this myself), etc. as long as we make an effort to keep shared space tidy/take turns with trash, keeping things overall neat but most importantly clean.

As far as me personally, I work for NHS and take classes part time. I also recently certified as a yoga teacher. On occasion will go out for a drink or two, but more likely ill be going to interesting events, the gym or dance class.
