I am looking for a neat female Masters/PhD student to rent a room close to city center. The room is ideal for someone who is at Strathclyde University or Glasgow Caledonian University as it is within a walking distance, about 10/15 minutes walk.

The room is furnished and there is access to shared kitchen and living room. There are no bills to be paid other than buying your own food and toiletries. There is a very good broadband service and street parking. Lidl, Tesco Extra and Costco are nearby.

The rent is £500 with all bills included and the deposit is £200.
