Lovely bright and spacious furnished double room to rent in a new 2 bedroom apartment . I am a Live in Landlord and it has a 2nd bathroom with shower which will be available as I have an En suite in my bedroom. Also use of kitchen.
I work from home 3 days/ one day in office and as I am a single female I would prefer a female too, someone clean & tidy who will respect each other’s privacy but I’m also easy to get along with.
The apartment is set in a small new estate in Tannochside Uddingston with private parking available but there are good public transport links. Bus (240) stop 5 mins walk and 30 mins to Glasgow. Train 15 mins walk and 13 mins to Glasgow.
Uddingston is a nice area with good Bars/Restaurants.
