The bed can be a single or double depending on how much space you want.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 31 year old female, that works Monday to Friday.

I have a smart meter which I would ask you top up £30 a month into the gas and £30 into the electric on the 28th of each month. I pay for the council tax, wifi and TV subscriptions.
