The flat is In the heart of the city centre, halfway between the West End and Buchanun bus station, the flat is a short walk to all of Glasgow’s universities, in addition to being 5 minutes from the business sector. As well as the Exercise4less gym, cafes and coffee shops being just up the street. Additionally, the local Tesco is across the street in addition to being surrounded by public transport links.

Kitchen

pots and pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, toastie-maker, fridge-freezer; with your own cupboards for storage as well as dedicated shelves in the fridge-freezer. All basic amenities are included such as plates, glasses and cooking utensils.

Roommates

The current tenants range from professionals in IT to students alike; the flat is kept clean & tidy but the atmosphere is relaxed and casual.

Inspections are done every 6 months.
