My flatmate is moving out, and so the landlord is looking for someone to move into the available room.

This flat is a spacious, beautiful and well-furnished top floor flat in the middle of Dennistoun. It's on a quiet street, with great links into town via Bellgrove/Alexandra Parade/Duke Street train stations.

The flat has an excellent kitchen with plenty of storage and great facilities (drier, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven, etc). The living room is big and gets lots of sun, and also has a great desk for working at if you WFH.

I've lived here for 5 years and can confirm it's an amazing little flat that I am very happy in :)

BILLS: Depending on the season, these can range from about 150-220 for each tenant, including council tax and internet.

A little about me: I am an admin worker in town, WFH two days a week but spend a lot of time out. I am transgender, so if this is an issue please don't bother inquiring.
