There’s a private bathroom for the room as the occupied room has an ensuite so won’t be sharing bathrooms. There is also a modern built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

There are places nearby to do your grocery shopping e. g. Tesco, is just 5 mins walk and a nearby gym, just 2 mins walk away.

The current flatmate is a professional and is very clean and tidy and is looking for someone who is also clean and tidy.

This is not a party house and visiting should be regulated.
