The room is currently unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. It comfortably fits a double bed and has a built-in cupboard, clothes rail, and shelving. I also have a desk and computer chair available if you'd like them. 😊

The flat is very well connected. Alexandra Parade station is around a 9-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop just 2 minutes from the flat with frequent services into the city centre. There's also completely free on-street parking directly outside. 🙌

The flat has a shared living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The living room TV has streaming services available for shared use, and there's also a PlayStation 4 you're welcome to use. 🎮

A little about me: I'm friendly, easy-going and enjoy cooking, good conversation and a relaxed home environment. I'd love to live with someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere rather than just passing each other in the hallway! 🍳

I'm looking for one person only (not a couple). Ideally, I'd love to find someone who is clean, respectful, comfortable with shared living, and naturally keeps communal spaces tidy.

The flat would suit someone who enjoys a calm home environment. Because it's a shared flat, I'm looking for someone whose partner won't be staying over multiple nights every week.

Storage space is a little limited, so it would suit someone who prefers a tidy, uncluttered living space. 🧚
