Really nice area to live in East Dunbartonshire ten minutes outside Glasgow city Centre :)

Double furnished bedroom, Bishopbriggs. ,Sharing in a semi-detached house in Bishopbriggs with lovely garden ! It's a two bedroom house and you will be sharing with myself . Price includes all bills. There is a video of house, make sure to have a look( I had to get rid of hot tub) I am happy for you to come see house whenever.

I am easy going and looking for either male or female 20-50 years old. I have a warm and homely home .
Smoking is ok but smoking outside only, vaping allowed inside. Washing machine, dishwasher. Attic storage, shed storage and downstairs toilet, huge sofa and dining table , garden with patio furniture for chillin, car park space.
Room has large spacious glass double sliding wardrobes with hanging shelves , chest of drawers, storage unit, TV Ariel , broadband( I may have spare tv if needed) Stunning views to the Campsie Glen mountains and lovely oak floors.

Bishopbriggs is a great town and good area to live. Restaurants, bars ,cafes etc and 15 minutes drive to city centre, bus stop round the corner. Two bus stops right beside house that takes you to city centre 57 and 57a . Also bus 87 takes you to Buchanan bus station. If you fancy there is train station in the town centre that is one stop away from city that’s takes 6 mins. It’s 20 min walk or I like to drive 2 mins park my car and get train as there are some great restaurants and bars in Bishopbriggs cross.
Have lived with a few lovely housemates at my home so far so enjoy sharing space and still great friends today :)

15 minute walk to strathkelvin retail park with M&S food, Nike store ,b&q, Next and way more. Asda near by and a choice of three gyms and sport centre facilities . 15 min drive to city centre. Although I do in ten minutes at night !
Gorgeous Canal Walk and cycle paths 10 mins away and 20 min walk to main Bishopbriggs .
I have a lovely springer spaniel girl who loves a cuddle so you must like dogs.
