The flat itself is calming and spacious, fairly new bathroom with a large bath, very big kitchen with table and chairs and a relaxing lounge. Flat also contains a very handy storage room if you’re in between places and need to stash some stuff.

Price is inclusive of all bills and council tax.

The guy you'll be sharing the flat with is a nurse, is extremely friendly and laid back.. very easy to get on with. Respects space but also great company and likes to socialise.

Top floor flat.. pretty much on Shawlands Cross. 1 min walk to Queen’s Park, 2km away from Pollok Park. Few minutes away from Crossmyloof station. Loads of bars, cafes, shops etc nearby. Ideal spot.

Lots of books, records and instruments around.. you're welcome to make use of any and all!

I'm in the process of looking for a new double bed for the room.. also, the room and hallway are being painted the weekend before the start date.
