Hi, I’m Nef! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my flat in Partick, which is just a 5-minute walk from Partick Station.
The flat is in a great location just behind the retail park, with Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Locavore, iMart Oriental, cafés, and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk.
The Flat & Amenities:
* Parking: There is free, unallocated parking right outside the flat building (first-come, first-served). On-street parking is also usually available nearby.
* Space: The flat has a lovely shared living area and bathroom. Since your bedroom is slightly smaller than mine, I am more than happy for you to use extra space in the living area if you need to store something bigger, like a desk or extra furniture!
* Pets: I live with my friendly cat, Honeybee. If you have a pet of your own, the landlady is also open to accommodating them, although the deposit may increase, and I’d be happy to share that additional cost!
This is a strictly sober, drug-free, and smoke-free home (no alcohol, cannabis, or illegal drugs are permitted on the property, and smoking is not allowed—though e-cigarettes/vaping I could be okay with). I am looking for someone who genuinely values a safe, respectful, and peaceful living environment.
About me:
I’m a quiet, neurodivergent creative who is very caring, loving, and values kindness, equality, and good communication. I’d love to find someone who’s looking for more than just a room—someone who’d enjoy creating a comfortable home together and, hopefully, becoming friends over time, while also respecting each other’s personal space.
Please note that the shared-area photos are a little older, and the bedroom is currently being cleared, so the current occupant’s belongings won’t be there when you move in.
If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING:
Because I want to ensure we are a perfect match for a peaceful, sober home, please include the answers to these 3 quick questions in your first message:
1. What do you do for work, study, or your creative practice or just generally day-to-day?
2. What is your favourite sober weekend activity or hobby around Glasgow or at home?
3. Do you have any pets, or are you completely comfortable living with my cat, Honeybee?
To save us both time, generic messages that do not answer these questions will be politely ignored.
