We are 3 friends who are/were studying at University of Strathclyde, we are looking for someone to move into a room in our flat that has just become vacant going into the next academic year and potentially beyond. The flat is 4 bed 2 bathroom with a joint living room/kitchen. We're looking for someone who can move in at the end of the month if possible. We are looking for someone around our age to move in student or otherwise (if a non-student they will need to help contribute to council tax along with the other non-student flatmate). Bills for each month are roughly ~£45 a month subject to gas and electricity costs. Council Tax band - C
