Double room in shared home with myself, owner. I am ideally looking for LGBT+ person who is dog friendly (I sometimes do-sit for my sister's dog for an evening).

There is shared living-room, shower-room and kitchen. So I am looking for someone tidy and respectful of the shared space. Also someone friendly and trustworthy.

I am in to yoga, meditation, reading and art. I have a chalet on a naturist site, so will be away often during the week.

Key info:
1. There will be signed contract.
2. As I will loose my single persons council tax allowance, I have had to incorporate this into the rent cost.
3. Notice period for moving out, a minimum of 1 month on either side, hence one months deposit to cover this.
4. Rent includes bills (there is internet access, but no phone, so you will need your own mobile, and no TV - so if wanted you would need your own and pay TV license).
