Situated in a residential street between Crossmyloof Station and the main streets of Shawlands, it's on the 2nd floor of a traditional tenement block with door entry system, shared back patio and on-street parking.

You would have one of the two bedrooms with ample clothes storage, and shared use of the living room with two sofas and dining recess, bathroom, kitchen and utility room. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas central heating and shower, broadband, TV and everything you need for living.

It is a sociable gay-friendly flat, quiet yet well connected, with only a 2-minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and one train stop to/from Glasgow Central. There are cycle storage sheds on the street which you can rent from the provider if you need to store a bike.

Bill are included in the rent and I would be open to a Monday-Fridays let. No couples, or big parties! Occasional overnight guests with prior agreement. I currently work away and only use the other room some weekends.
