I have one spare room available in a nice recently refurbished house with a brand-new boiler and is free of any dampness (hard to come by in Scotland!).

The house has 3 bedrooms and is situated in a very calm and safe area of Glasgow (10 mins to the Kings Park or Rutherglen amenities). 8 minutes to the closest train station (Croftfoot). The downtown is easily accessible by train (12 mins) or bus (21-25 mins). You will have a garden for your use, a nice living room, decent size bathroom and a kitchen which has everything you might need.

A sunny bedroom is spacious and furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack.

Every room has an extender so internet speed is decent (1GigaBit). One of the best possible options in the area.

The house's location is great, we're very well-connected. There are lots of parks nearby and our neighbours are lovely. There is a front-house parking as well if you need it.

This is a drama-free house and a safe space for everyone.

I've included all the bills (including council tax). If you are a student there will be discount to it.
