Hey 👋... I will be subletting the other bedroom in a 2 bed, 1st floor flat (secure entry).

I work 3/7 long shifts, day or night (not set days), in a busy A&E dept. My household has shrunk from 3 plus a whippet to just me now & I would like to invite someone to stay, but also be able to live with (I'm not wanting a Ghost or mouse in the house, similary; we don't have to be besties - something in-between is ideal. As sociable & chatty as I am (I am too btw!), I enjoy coming home for R&R, peace, solitude & contemplation in order to charge up my batteries. Most important to me (after this) is the soundtrack in the background * i only listen to good music, any genre, as long as it's gooood music* headphones will be required if you don't! But relax, I also own a pair of headphones ... Shoes off indoors 🙏 no carpets - wooden floors/rugs ..clean & tidy, not OCD tidy but years of mastery (& living here fir 10 years now making it my home) has tought me a stitch in time, saves 9 😇...I would love someone who simply leaves things as they would like to find them ❤️

Light, & airy in Summer.... homely & cosy in Winter.....I'm fully equipped for my needs here but you'd need to get yourself a microwave & air fryer if you can't eat without these, lol

I'm relaxed & chatty, & easy to be around in a shared space. Pure empath, I'll pick up on your vibes all too easily, but I'll equally try restore the balance if you feel off kilter. I relish debate, abstract thinking & problem solving. The livingroom is great for yoga, but not breakdancing. I'll watch some TV, mainly film or a series. Although privately rented, this is my home, not just a flat.
I want you to make yourself at home too.

Wooden floorboards, large (new) rug ...currently furnished with double wardrobe, huge, solid architect desk with 6 drawers/ or used as dresser, chair, mirror, .. ** I can provide a small double metal bedframe which has clearance underneath for more storage, however you'll need to bring your own double mattress (happy to take deliveries here before you move in if that helps)*** ... if it were me, I'd add a kallax 2x2 on top of wardrobe (I've measured, it would fit, for extra storage), a slim, narrow tall boy under the window for more drawer space & a small, slim bookcase / standing shelves in the corner.... this leaves less space tho...it's really upto you ...I'm in the process of painting & re - treating the floorboards

The view is spectacular (River Clyde, Glasgow Uni, Tall Ship, new Govan/Partick Bridge, wave at The Waverley) Aaand no on lookers, however there is a black out blind for early morning light as NNE facing. The neighbours are quiet, as is outside here. You'll sleep like a log!

I have lived here for 10 years and made it my home. I am interested by Feng Shui & would welcome any recommendations for greater prosperity & luck! (That's a story for another day).
